I wanted to take a moment to express to you a couple of thoughts regarding the Vita-Mix line of commercial high speed blenders. My first exposure to your products was at the NRA show in Chicago nearly four years ago. Your people were preparing smoothies, and I was immediately impressed with how quickly and effortlessly these machines could convert ice and fruit into such delicious and finely textured beverages. I knew then that this would soon be the rage among our specialty coffee and specialty beverage clientele. We at Espresso Source International take pride in being on the cutting edge of consumption trends within our industry, and we strive to identify and to bring our customers the finest quality equipment and the most exceptional beverage products to lead them into new profit opportunities. That is why we have chosen to distribute and to endorse the Vita-Mix equipment line to our clientele. The Vita-Mix Drink Machine and Blending Stations couple with the vast array of exciting new frozen beverage products on the market, represent the hottest opportunity for our clients to realize incremental profits and to diversify their cold beverage menus. One coffee bar client that added our Vita-Mix program, complete with frozen mochas and fruit smoothies achieved an immediate and permanent 25% increase in sales! Our customers are able to customize and personalize these drinks in the same way that a coffee barsita might customize a flavored latteé. We even have customers throwing cookies and Peanut Cups into frozen mochas. I believe that dollar-for-dollar, there is not a piece of equipment that can be added into a coffee bar environment that will yield a faster pay-back, nor generate a greater profit return in proportion to the dollar investment than Vita-Mix blenders. We anticipate that this will be the hottest summer yet for this beverage segment!
