Where do I get my protein?
This is an often-asked question from people pondering the elimination of meat from their diet.
The truth is, there is plenty of protein in plants.
If you are consuming enough calories and enough variety of plant foods, you are getting enough protein as well. Tofu is a great protein source as well as all legumes, raw nuts, sprouted seeds and grains, and avocados.
Protein is also abundant in leafy greens such as kale, collards, parsley, green-leaf lettuce as well as broccoli and Brussels sprouts.

"I got a Vita-Mix for Xmas. I was thrilled. I have watched your demos for years, then went out and bought a cheap juicer. Last year I bought the Jack Lalane juicer for $139. All waste and no juice. I gave it away. "
