Q: What are the qualifications to become an authorized Retail Dealer?
A: Complete the Retail Dealer application; show proof of business; and provide a certificate of resale.

Q: Is there a minimum purchase?
A: Yes, but it's totally reasonable. We require an opening minimum purchase of three machines. After you have met that requirement, there is no minimum single order for future purchases, but to remain qualified as a Vita-Mix Retail Dealer we require a yearly purchase of 12 machines or more.

Q: What is the difference in the TurboBlendT 4500 and the Vita-Mix 5200?
A: The TurboBlend 4500 is a 2-speed (high and low) machine. The Vita-Mix 5000 is a (high and variable) speed machine. The variable speed dial on the Vita-Mix 5200 enables the user to adjust to a slower blending speed than the TurboBlend 4500. Both machines have a 2+ peak hp motor. The TurboBlend 4500 is sold through Retail Dealers and the Vita-Mix 5200 is sold directly through Vita-Mix.

Q: As a Retail Dealer, which machines can I carry?
A: The TurboBlend 4500 is sold through Retail Dealers and the Vita-Mix 5000 is sold directly through Vita-Mix. Authorized "Affiliates" can sell the Vita-Mix 5200, with the machines shipped directly from Vita-Mix.

Q: I currently sell the TurboBlend 4500. Can I also be set up as an Affiliate and sell the Vita-Mix 5200 and Super 5200 models?
A: Yes, you can earn considerable extra money by assisting a customer in the purchase of a Vita-Mix 5200 or Super 5200 model. As a Retail Dealer of the TurboBlend 4500 you will automatically receive a special Affiliate Code Number linking that sale to your account. So you can stock the TurboBlend 4500 and also be an authorized Vita-Mix Affiliate, collecting commissions on your sales shipped by Vita-Mix.

Q: I'm not sure which program is most appropriate for me. What should I do?
A: Complete and send the Application Form. One of our representatives will contact you to advise which program will be most appropriate for you.

Q: Can you drop-ship product?
A: Yes, Vita-Mix does offer a drop-ship program to our Retail Dealers, for an $8.00 U.S. fee.

Q: Can the TurboBlend 4500 be used in a food service application?
A: We don't recommend it. Although the TurboBlend 4500 has many of the same features that meet commercial quality standards, it is sold exclusively for household use and the warranty is valid only for household use.

Q: The TurboBlend comes with a 5-year warranty. How does it work?
A: We take full responsibility. Advise your customer to call Vita-Mix direct at 1-800-848-2649 to receive a Return Authorization Number. To process the request, the Vita-Mix customer service representative will ask for the sixteen-digit serial number located on the back of the machine. Your customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We will repair the machine in a timely manner and ship it back at our expense.

Q: Does Vita-Mix offer a money-back guarantee?
A: The best. If any customer isn't completely satisfied, that customer can return the machine undamaged to you within the first 30 days, regardless of the number of times it has been used. You will receive credit upon returning the machine to us.
