Vita-Mix Summer Fun Cold Treats

Vita-Mix refreshments are a cool break from the summer heat.

Ginger Peach Cheesecake Ice Cream

Ginger Peach Cheesecake Ice Cream
  • 1 container low fat peach yogurt
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 block of fat-free cream cheese
  • 16 oz. frozen peaches
  • 3 large graham crackers, broken into small pieces

Place all ingredients in the Vita-Mix container in the order listed. Secure 2-part lid. Select VARIABLE speed #1. Turn on machine and quickly increase speed to #10; then to HIGH. Remove the lid plug and insert the patented Vita-Mix tamper through the lid opening to press the ingredients into the blades while the machine is processing. Run for 30 - 40 seconds or until four mounds form. Watch your mixture carefully running the machine longer does not make it more frozen. Serve immediately or place in an airtight container in your freezer until service.

Time: 30 - 40 seconds
