1 cup / 200 g organic garbanzo beans, soaked in a glass jar in purified water for 8 hours then drained.
Let sprout in glass container on counter top for another 8 hours.

6 large cloves organic garlic
1/3 cup / 80 ml organic lemon juice
1/3 cup / 80 ml organic olive oil
3 tablespoons organic chickpea miso
3 tablespoons organic raw tahini
1 raw organic jalapeño pepper, seeded
1 cup / 149 g organic red bell pepper, chopped
organic zucchini or cucumber, sliced
organic fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish



 

 

1. Place garbanzo beans with sprouts, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, miso, tahini, jalapeño pepper and red bell pepper in the Professional Series container and secure the lid. Select VARIABLE 1. Turn on machine and quickly increase speed to VARIABLE 10; then to HIGH. Blend for 60 seconds or until smooth. Use accelerator tool to push ingredients into the blades while processing
2. Slice zucchini or cucumber into rounds and top with hummus.
3. Garnish with cilantro or parsley leaf.
