Ann is a graduate of The Master Class in Cooking at The New School in New York City. She graduated from The Master Class with an enhanced passion for food and cooking and an enthusiasm to share that knowledge.

Ann continues to share her culinary expertise in cooking demonstrations and teaching the culinary arts to private clients in their home kitchens. Ann has also shared her culinary expertise a state–of–the–art culinary facility in New York City specializing in team cooking events for corporate clients.

Ann Hall Every, CCP has been a professional member of the International Association of Culinary Professionals since 1992. The title of Certified Culinary Professional was earned by Every in 1998 through the IACP Certification examination program. POMARITA COCKTAIL

1/2 cup tequila
1/2 cup sweetened lime juice
1 cup pure pomegranate juice
1/4 cup triple sec
2 cups ice cubes
1 fresh lime, sliced thinly

 

Method:

1. Add ingredients as listed to the CIA Professional Series container. Secure the lid.
Select VARIABLE 1 and turn on machine – increase speed to VARIABLE 10. Flip switch to HIGH and blend for 45 seconds.

2. Serve in a chilled cocktail glass and garnish each serving with one or two thin slices of fresh lime.

Yield: Four 1–cup servings
