1 dash ground cinnamon
1 dash ground ginger
2 cups / 480 ml apple juice
1 pint / 454g vanilla ice cream

Place the eggs, cinnamon, ginger and apple juice in the Professional Series container and secure the lid.  

 

2 Select VARIABLE 1. Turn on machine and quickly increase speed to VARIABLE 10. Blend for 5 seconds.
3 Remove the lid plug and spoon in ice cream. Replace the lid plug. Blend until smooth.
4 Top with fresh grated nutmeg.
 
yield: 3 cups / 720 ml (3 servings)

*Consuming raw, uncooked or undercooked eggs may increase the risk of foodborne illness. Pasteurized frozen egg product, thawed, may be substituted.
