Place the cream and butter in the CIA Professional Series container and secure the lid. Select VARIABLE 1. Turn on machine and quickly increase speed to VARIABLE 8. Blend for 20 seconds.

Remove the lid plug and add the cinnamon and sugar. Replace the lid plug. Blend for an additional 10 seconds or until everything is well incorporated.

Note: This simple dessert or breakfast butter can be made with any of your favorite spices ­ try clove, nutmeg or allspice

Serving Ideas: Cinnamon butter makes an excellent spread for hot raisin bread, nut bread or plain toast.
