2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Place all the ingredients in the CIA Professional Series container in order listed and secure the lid. Select VARIABLE 1. Turn on machine and quickly increase speed to VARIABLE 10; then to HIGH. Blend for 20 seconds or until smooth.

 
  yield: 2 1/2 cups / 600 g (20 servings)


Notes: This dip can be served hot or cold and made with any cheese you like. Try Camembert or Roquefort for a change.

Serving Ideas: Serve with bread or crackers but make sure to put some sliced pears and apples on the plate too. They will definitely be the first to go!
