Place garbanzo beans with sprouts, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, miso, tahini, jalapeño pepper and red bell pepper in the CIA Professional Series container and secure the lid. Select VARIABLE 1. Turn on machine and quickly increase speed to VARIABLE 10; then to HIGH. Blend for 60 seconds or until smooth. Use accelerator tool to push
ingredients into the blades while processing

Slice zucchini or cucumber into rounds and top with hummus.
