Frozen Piña Colada from Scratch

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces coconut cream
  • 1½ ounces sugar cane syrup
  • 6 ounces fresh pineapple juice
  • 5 ounces white rum
  • 3 cups ice cubes

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
  2. Select Variable 1.
  3. Start machine and slowly increase to its highest speed.
  4. Blend just until smooth, about 20 seconds.
