Everytime I make a smoothie on my Professional Series Vitamix, the drink separates into layers and does not stay frozen or homogeneous. Any suggestions?
You will want to make sure you are blending on ten/high the after about ten seconds of turning the machine on, or using a pre-programmed setting. Layering the container properly is also an important factor. How much chocolate sauce could you use instead of powdered ,as I only have chocolate syrup.
1/8 to 1/4 C of chocolate syrup would work just as well.

What's the difference between c,class ,and g, class, as far as adding or subtracting the ingredients in the 64oz or blend time?,
This recipe is designed for the C - Series machine (the tall skinny container) If you have a G - Series unit, or a low profile container you will need to double this recipe.
