An easy-to-make marinade to effortlessly complement chicken or veggies.
- ½ cup (120 ml) olive oil
- ⅓ cup (80 ml) red wine vinegar
- ½ cup (120 ml) Worcestershire sauce
- ½ cup (120 ml) soy sauce
- 2 limes, peeled
- ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
- ¼ teaspoon hot sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix Container in the order listed and secure lid.
- Select Variable 1, and slowly increase speed to the highest speed.
- Blend for 30 seconds.

when you say "peeled lime" are you taking the white layer off as well as the outer rind?
You can choose whichever way you prefer, the outer white pith will have a bitter taste to it.
