Can I substitute frozen fruit for every fruit listed in this recipe?
You can but you will want to add liquid to the bottom of your container about 1-2 C and leave the ice cubes out.

I was just a a demo in Madison wi and they had a chocolate creamy desert. Demo guy said the used cabbage carrots avocado, chocolate and Ice and maybe he said something else would like to find the recipe it was so good thanks
A great recipe to try would be our mint chocolate ice cream. 1/2 C vanilla non dairy creamer 1/2 C milk of choice 2 packs of mint cocoa mix 4 baby carrots 1 slice of cabbage small handful of spinach small handful of kale 4 dates( pitted ) 1/2 avocado 3 - 3 1/2 C ice Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid. Select Variable 1. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High. Use the tamper to press the ingredients into the blades. In about 45 seconds, the sound of the motor will change and four mounds should form. Stop machine. Do not over mix or melting will occur. Serve immediately.

If I use frozen mango, how would the recipe change? I.e. Would I need ice? Thank you.
If you use frozen mango instead of the mango and leave out the ice the smoothie should turn out similar to the original recipe.
