ordered my Vitamix from QVC...we love it! They made pineapple ice cream using frozen pineapple and heavy cream, but didn't provide the actual recipe, and it's not listed in my recipe book that came w/mixer. Need to know how much pineapple and heavy cream?
Any frozen dessert will call for 1 part fresh to 4 parts frozen. You can try 1 cup heavy cream to 4 cups of frozen pineapple, be sure to add 1 cup heavy cream, the 4 cups frozen pineapple. Start your machine on variable 1, take to variable 10 and flip to high (if your machine has a high and variable switch) Make sure you are using your tamper the whole time. You will want to blend for about 45 seconds or until you see four mounds form in the corners of your container.

Do you have any recipe for only 2 servings?
Most of our recipes are based on 4 servings, you can try to reduce the recipe by half to blend.
