A smooth strawberry purée is the base for this sparkling champagne cocktail. Also try the original Peach Bellini.
- 1 Tablespoon Strawberry Purée (See Recipe)
- Champagne, chilled
- Place 1 Tablespoon of Strawberry Purée (see recipe) in the bottom of a champagne flute and fill with champagne.
- Stir lightly to combine.
This recipe has been written for the C-Series machines with Variable Speed control and Standard 64-ounce container. If you are using a different Vitamix machine or container size, you may need to make adjustments to the Variable Speed, processing time, and/or ingredient quantities.
