Ingredients

  • 1 garlic clove, halved
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1-inch (2.5 cm) piece peeled fresh ginger root (6 g)
  • 3 Tablespoons (45 ml) fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon curry powder
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) olive oil

Directions

  1. Place garlic, salt, and ginger into the Vitamix 20-ounce container.
  2. Stir together the lemon juice, vinegar, and curry powder and add mixture to the container. Add olive oil to the container and secure blade.
  3. Turn the dial to 1 and slowly increase speed to 10.
  4. Blend for 20 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
