Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup (80 ml) ice cubes
  • 1 medium ripe banana, peeled, quartered
  • 1 Tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • 1 Tablespoon old-fashioned rolled oats or oat bran
  • 1 cup (240 ml) unsweetened rice milk

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix 20-ounce container in the order listed and secure blade.
  2. Turn the dial to 1 and slowly increase speed to 10.
  3. Blend for 35 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
