  • ½ lemon, peeled
  • 30 g (1 cup) spinach
  • 7 g (¼ cup) fresh mint leaves
  • 15 g (2 pieces) fresh ginger root, 1/2" slice
  • 80 g (1 ) beetroot, peeled, halved
  • 130 g (1 ) medium apple, seeded, halved
  • 130 g (1 cup) ice cubes
  • 70 g (1 ) carrot, halved
