This vegan pineapple "ice cream" makes it easy to enjoy the flavours you love.

Pineapple Freeze


  • 260 g (1¾ cup) frozen pineapple
  • 160 g (¾ cup) silken tofu
  • ½ teaspoon lime juice


  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
  2. Select Variable 1.
  3. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
  4. Blend for 30 seconds or until desired consistency is reached. Serve immediately.
