OpenWhy should I create an online account?
Creating an account makes online shopping easier with the ability to save addresses and track online orders. You can also save your favorite recipes, so they’re always accessible when you need them.
OpenCan I track my order online?
At this time, you may only track orders that were placed on www.vitamix.com if you've created an online account. To do this, log in to your account, and click on "Online Order History." However, we do send an email notification to the email address on the customer account when each order is placed.
OpenWhat are the expected shipping and delivery times for the U.S. and Canada?
The shipping and delivery timeframes below are estimations only, not guarantees. Actual delivery times are subject to product availability, destination address, and the shipping option you’ve chosen. Once your items ship from our warehouse, you will receive a shipment notification email with tracking information. Please note that Priority shipping is not available in Canada.
- Standard Shipping - Ships in: 7-10 business days, Estimated Delivery: 8-15 business days
- Priority Shipping - Ships in: 2-4 business days, Estimated Delivery: 3-5 business days
