This classic Southern cocktail is perfect for parties (and horse races)!
- 1 tasse (240 ml) bourbon
- ¼ cup (60 ml) cold water
- ¼ cup (50 g) granulated sugar
- 20 mint leaves
- 4 cups (520 g) ice cubes
- Place all ingredients into the Aer™ disc container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Select Variable 1, start the machine and increase to its highest speed. Blend for 15 seconds.
- Pour into 4 glasses and top with more ice and a garnish of mint sprigs.
