Nice!I needed to use up some avocados, and this was great! I used lime juice and only 2 T of it, I’m not a fan of cilantro so just a few sprigs gave the right amount for me, also went with sesame seeds instead of tahini. The cumin is nice in this, but I cut that . I added water as I went, I think it depends on if you have tree ripened fruit or like me they are shipped and have been kept in storage, how much liquid is needed, this could get too runny very quickly. A narrow bottomed container reduces processing time, and very necessary if you go with sesame seed. It is easy to adjust the spices if you hold back anything you are uncertain you will like. I portioned mine for my lunches, pressed cling film onto the surface to keep it from turning brown.
