Nuts and Miso Sauce
Ingredients
- ½ cup (140 g) white miso paste
- ½ cup (60 g) cashews
- 2 Tablespoons honey, or other sweetener, to taste
- 3 Tablespoons mirin
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
Directions
- Place white miso paste, walnuts, honey, mirin, and sea salt into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
- Select Variable 1.
- Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 6.
- Blend for 30 seconds.
Notes
The sauce can be served with dried seaweed, mushrooms, spinach, green beans, raw cucumber, or tofu.
