Vegan Vanilla Shake [Vitamix ONE]

Get your ice cream fix without having the dairy. The combniation of almond yogurt, banana, cashews and ice help to make this creamy vegan treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240 ml) vanilla almond yogurt
  • 3 Tablespoons (45 ml) maple syrup
  • ¼ cup (35 g) raw cashews
  • 1 (115 g) banana, peeled
  • 2½ cup (325 g) ice cubes

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 25 -30 seconds or until desired consistency is achieved, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades.
