Rated 5 out of 5 by Boomer2632 from Great mousse! I made this & put it into a graham cracker crust then topped it with the Vitamix whipped cream recipe. It was a HUGE hit! Of course it’s chocolate and that’s always a winner. Only took seconds to make.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Oscarangus from Not at all like Choclate Mousse This is more like choclate flavored whipped cream. Wasted 2 cups of cream and when I added more chocolate sauce, it was not any better.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Lambo from Very good The first time I made this I used Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate syrup and it was still a little on the light side chocolate wise. I then decided to use my chocolate protein smoothie recipe...1 scoop chocolate Organic Protein powder, 1 scoop Hershey's Special Dark 100% Cacao, and 1 scoop PB2 powdered peanut butter. OMG, I should sell this, it's amazing! IMO. :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by rac777 from Great mousse! So easy. Consider adding sugar too This recipe was great and super easy. I would just make sure to use cocoa powder and add sugar to taste. When I made it I didn't add sugar at first and it was quite bitter. Ended up adding some sugar at the end and mixing the sugar into the mousse in a bowl which still turned out great.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Winifred from Husband didn’t like I have to agree with another reviewer who commented that this just tastes like chocolate flavored whipped cream. It does not have the airy consistency of mouse.
