Chocolate Orange Mousse

Use this mousse to frost a cake, fold into a soufflé, or dollop on your favorite coffee drink.

Chocolate Orange Mousse


  • 2 cups (480 ml) heavy cream
  • 2 pieces (5 g) orange peel
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) chocolate sauce, or cocoa powder


  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix 40-ounce container in the order listed and secure lid.
  2. Turn the dial to 1 and slowly increase speed to 10.
  3. Blend for 35 to 40 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
