Absolutely decadent quick fixThe recipe for the cookies and cream freeze is OK, but AMAZING with substitutions. What I have done is substitute the honey with organic agave, replaced dry milk powder with a Vega One French vanilla powder, the chocolate milk with chocolate coconut milk. I have halved the recipe and for the cookies, I use vegan chocolate flavored graham crackers ...OMG this is a very decadent and creamy dreamy product that you would never imagine would taste so amazing!!!!

Yummy ice cream!I just bought the Vitamix last week and experimented with three ice cream recipes, two of which I made up on my own. The best one was the one where I followed a recipe, so I decided to make this chocolate-based cookie ice cream for my son. I substituted Newman's O's for the chocolate chip cookies and used Wholesome brand Agave, rather than the honey.

YuckyI followed the recipe to the letter and the final product did not turn out like the photo at all. I assumed that these recipes have been created by someone with some experience, but in this case the recipe is not to be trusted. The honey stuck to the bottom the powder products did not mix thoroughly and an ice cube was left whole while the rest melted in 60 seconds. It tasted like banana with mud!
