Cranberry Salad Smoothie

A festive combination of cranberry, orange, and celery, rounded with a banana for sweetness.


  • ½ medium (65 g) banana, peeled, halved
  • 1 medium (130 g) medium oranges, peeled, halved
  • 1 cup (30 g) baby carrots
  • ¼ cup (30 g) celery stalk, chopped
  • ½ cup (50 g) cranberries
  • 1 cup (130 g) ice cubes


  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
  2. Select Variable 1.
  3. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
  4. Blend for 1 minute or until desired consistency is reached. Serve immediately.
