Date Syrup
A delicious sugar alternative that boasts a wide variety of uses.
Ingredients
- 1¼ cup (180 g) dates, pitted
- 2½ cup (600 ml) hot water
Directions
- Steep dates with water for 30 minutes.
- Place dates and water into the Vitamix container and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 1 minute.
