Fruit Salad Smoothie

Baby carrots and cucumber balance the more intense sweetness of grapes, orange, pineapple, and apple--for a liquid take on a fruit & veggie salad.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup (75 g) green grapes
  • 1 (150 g) medium oranges
  • 1 Slice (75 g) pineapple
  • ¼ Medium (75 g) cucumber
  • carrot
  • ¼ medium (40 g) apple
  • 2 cups (260 g) ice cubes

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Start the blender at its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
  3. Blend for 1 minute, using the tamper to press the ingredients toward the blades.

Notes

This recipe can easily be doubled in the 64-ounce container.
