Fruit Salad Smoothie
Baby carrots and cucumber balance the more intense sweetness of grapes, orange, pineapple, and apple--for a liquid take on a fruit & veggie salad.
- ½ cup (75 g) green grapes
- 1 (150 g) medium orange
- 1 Slice (75 g) pineapple
- ¼ (40 g) small cucumber, peeled
- ¼ medium (40 g) apple, seeded
- 2 cups (260 g) ice cubes
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
- Blend for 1 minute, using the tamper to press the ingredients toward the blades.

I did add a pear to it but I don’t think that should have altered it much. Also I added water. I didn’t see where it said to add any liquid and I didn’t think the liquid from the orange and cucumber were enough,
