This fun and healthy smoothie features ginger kombucha, mango, blackberries, and banana, all sweetened with honey.

Ingredients

  • 2½ cup (600 ml) ginger kombucha
  • 1 lemon, peeled
  • 2 cups (300 g) frozen mango chunks
  • 1 (55 g) small frozen banana, peeled
  • 2 cups (280 g) frozen blackberries

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.

The blending power of Vitamix can even pulverize blackberry seeds, resulting in a smooth, sip-able consistency.
