Rated 5 out of 5 by kmort51 from My Vitamix saves the day!! Again!! I thoroughly enjoy my vitamix machine. Tonight I needed icing sugar to glaze some special Thanksgiving PumpkinSpice Oatmeal cookies and couldn't find any in my pantry. I was going to have to run to the store ... until I remembered I could make some in my vitamix ... sweet!! I also love being able to grind my own whole wheat flour and cracked wheat ... making just enough for a recipe so it's always fresh! I bought one for daughter so she could enjoy similar advantages in her kitchen.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Pumpkin2 from One less thing to keep in the cupboard! Honestly, why didn't I think of this years ago? Thanks to Vitamix, I soon won't need any cupboards at all! No need to keep all of these "premixed" items-just get a few ingredients for the pantry and you're "good to go!"

Rated 5 out of 5 by birdie from Fresh taste! I avoid the commercial processed powdered sugar as it has an odd taste. I think it's from the additives. A little cornstarch in this recipe is fine. Tastes good!
