It has WAY too much sugar and very little protein. Anyone who drinks this would have their blood sugar shoot sky high and be hungry in 2-3 hours. People who aren't that keen on nutrition think that smoothies are healthy. It all depends on what goes in them. More veggies than fruits then add the protein (Plain Greek yogurt, egg whites, protein powder, etc)

Rated 3 out of 5 by Jaee from Tasty I swap the cherry yogurt with Silk Vanilla soy yogurt and add some greens and flax seeds. Otherwise this is good, just very sweet and doesn’t keep me full long.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Bellina from Very nice smothie I used frozen cherries and my homemade yogurt, and instead of grapes ( allergic) used a bit of honey and added one basil leaf. The fragrance of basil and cherries is amazing. Love it!
