Rated 5 out of 5 by SweetCyn from Spinach Smoothie Popeye would love! I make my mean, green spinach smoothie with the frozen pineapple pieces, a handful of grapes and 1/2 a cucumber. Really refreshing, delicious and so good for you! Very low cal and one can always add vanilla whey powder if protein is needed.
