Almond Butter
This hearty spread is easy to make and can also be used as a delicious fruit dip.
Ingredients
- 3 cups (450 g) almonds, roasted, unsalted
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Dips & Spreads Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 60 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
Notes
If using raw almonds, you will need to add 1/4 cup of oil to create a creamy texture.
