Brown Sugar Glaze

This sweet glaze pairs perfectly with your holiday ham.

Ingredients

• 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) maple syrup
• ¼ cup (60 ml) orange juice
• ½ Tablespoon sherry vinegar
• ¾ cup (150 g) brown sugar
• ½ teaspoon salt, optional
• ½ teaspoon Winter Spice Seasoning

Directions

1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the blade base.
2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 25 seconds.
