Lavender Sea Salt Scrub

Substitute any other essential oil you would like to this salt scrub to suit your mood. We recommend using a separate Vitamix® container for making cosmetics, to avoid the risk of contamination of food products.

Ingredients

• ⅓ cup (80 ml) sweet almond oil
• 1 teaspoon vitamin E oil
• 7 drops essential oil
• 1 Tablespoon dried lavender, blossoms
• ½ cup sea salt

Directions

1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the blade base.
2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to Variable 4. Blend for 10 seconds. Portion out the scrub into individual gift jars.

Notes

This exfoliating scrub is best used in the shower to reinvigorate your skin. Be sure to wash off thoroughly with warm water after use. Be careful, as the shower may become slightly slippery after use.
