  1. Place the milk and protein into the Aer® Disc container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Run the Cold Foam Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then increase to Variable 6. Blend for 15 seconds. Pour foam over hot or cold coffee.

Customize this drink with your favorite syrups. Substituting milks will change the consistency of the foam.
