If your machine or container is still under warranty, Vitamix will repair it at no cost to you, including two-way shipping. If your warranty has expired, Vitamix is able to service machines up to 20 years old, depending on availability of parts. Contact customer care at 1-800-VITAMIX for repair options and cost estimates. You will be notified of the cost of repair upon our receipt and examination of the machine.
