Bol d'açaï
Les baies d'açaï et le thé vert matcha offrent une multitude de bienfaits, alors que le jus de pomme, les bleuets et les bananes viennent compléter le goût.
Ingrédients
- 180 ml (¾ tasse) d'eau de coco ou de jus de pomme
- 175 g (2 tasses) de bleuets surgelés
- 1 paquet (100 g) de Superfruit Pack aux baies d'açaï congelées de Sambazon, défait en 4 morceaux
- 1 (150 g) banane congelée, coupée en deux
- 60 g (2 tasses) de chou frisé, tassé
- ¼ cuillère à thé de matcha (thé vert en poudre)
Instructions
- Mettre tous les ingrédients dans le récipient Vitamix dans l'ordre indiqué, puis verrouiller le couvercle.
- Démarrer le mélangeur à sa vitesse la plus basse, puis augmenter rapidement la vitesse jusqu'au maximum.
- Mélanger pendant 45 secondes, en utilisant le pilon pour pousser les ingrédients vers les lames.

Fantastic tasting and simple to make Acai bowl
This is very delicious!
I poured it into a bowl and topped it with gluten free granola and sprinkled a little organic chia seed ontop, which was not part of the ingredients.
I am fortunate to live in a city where I have easy access to things like chia seed, matcha powder and the Sambuca Acai super food. My one suggestion would be to include ingredients to a recipe for making your own superfood pack for those without access to these types of specialty pre made products.

Excellent!!
This bowl tastes so good. The matcha (as minimal as the amount is) shines just enough where you notice it but it doesn't overpower. I would've never thought to add Kale to an Acai bowl, but I'm happy for the health benefit, and it's flavor complements the matcha. Top it off with whatever assortment of fruits, seeds and honey as you please, and you have a bowl that stands up to any Acai bowl that you can buy in juice bars.

Delicious!!
I use my Vitamix everyday to make these delicious acai bowls!! They are so good for you and they satisfy my cravings for icecream and other sugary foods!! I definitely recommend getting a Vitamix for making these smooth acai bowls
