Smoothie fruité de base
Créé à partir de trois ingrédients simples, ce smoothie crémeux et consistant est votre allié par excellence pour vous joindre à la révolution des smoothies.
Ingrédients
- 960 ml (4 tasses) de lait de soja
- 220 g (4 petites) de bananes, pelées
- 4 tranches (320 g) d'ananas avec le cœur, pelé
Instructions
- Mettre tous les ingrédients dans le récipient Vitamix dans l'ordre indiqué, puis verrouiller le couvercle.
- Démarrer le mélangeur à sa vitesse la plus basse, puis augmenter rapidement la vitesse jusqu'au maximum.
- Mélanger pendant 45 secondes ou jusqu'à obtention de la consistance désirée, en utilisant le pilon pour pousser les ingrédients vers les lames.
Remarques du chef
Si vous avez des restes de ce smoothie, conservez-les au réfrigérateur pour une collation ou versez-le dans des moules à sucettes glacées pour préparer une gâterie aussi saine que délicieuse!

Easy smoothie with no left-overs.
I never use a slice of anything. The recipe I like is:
1 peach (2 if small)
1-2 plums (depending on size)
Triple berries, frozen (a cup or so if you insist on measuring)
Strawberries, frozen (optional - less than a cup, if you insist ...)
(Banana, I don't like 'em in a smoothie, but if you'd like, fine)
1 6oz container of yogurt (because I can't find 8oz any more)
Orange juice (enough so that it's up to the top of the fruit)
Mix, slow to high, until it's done.
Makes enough to serve 2-3, or one of me. :-)
