Smoothie vert de base
Un délicieux mélange de fruits sucrés et d'agrumes masque aisément les épinards dans ce smoothie vert.
- ½ petite banane (60 g), pelée
- 225 g (1 ½ tasse) de raisins verts
- ½ orange moyenne, pelée
- 1 tranche (80 g) d'ananas, pelé, coupé en deux
- 45 g (1 ½ tasse) de jeunes épinards
- Zeste de ⅛ de lime
- 2 c. à soupe (30 ml) de nectar d'agave
- 130 g (1 tasse) de cubes de glace
- Mettre tous les ingrédients dans le récipient Vitamix dans l'ordre indiqué, puis verrouiller le couvercle.
- Sélectionner la Variable 1.
- Démarrer le mélangeur, puis augmenter la vitesse jusqu'au maximum.
- Mélanger pendant 30 à 45 secondes en utilisant le pilon pour pousser les ingrédients dans les lames.

I usually don't like spinach, but in this smoothie, i didn't even taste it! It is also good for on the go. I would really recommend this smoothie to others.

I omitted the banana (I find it overpowers) I cut the recipe is 1/4 and made in my 20oz container (since I am experimenting with different smoothie recipes-good thing since I would have drank all four servings). Going out to buy more groceries so I can try more!

Thanks to the representative on the phone at Vitamix who helped me to choose the correct one for me. Have made soup, smoothies, chopped veggies and made cracker crumbs so far.
