Jus de carotte, d'orange et de pomme
Un remontant aux fruits coloré et rafraîchissant.
- 120 ml (½ tasse) d'eau froide
- 1 grosse orange, pelée, coupée en deux
- ½ (100 g) pomme, épépinée et évidée
- 1 (100 g) carotte, coupée en deux
- 130 g (1 tasse) de cubes de glace
- Mettre tous les ingrédients dans le récipient Vitamix dans l'ordre indiqué, puis verrouiller le couvercle.
- Sélectionner la Variable 1.
- Démarrer l'appareil et augmenter graduellement la vitesse jusqu'à la Variable 10, puis passer à la vitesse élevée.
- Mélanger pendant 1 minute ou jusqu'à consistance lisse. Servir immédiatement.

This fell pretty flat on flavor to me so I'm giving 3 stars for the original recipe. I made adjustments by subbing coconut water, adding a bit more pineapple and threw in chucks of mango which helped liven it up.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Dukbutr from Refreshing and fast Even though the tagline on this recipe claims "two citrus fruits," it only uses an orange and half an apple. I don't think either the apple or carrot qualify as "citrus." However, it's still good. I never blend it anywhere near the required time of 1 minute, so I still get a bit of pulp. But with a big, fat straw it all goes down with ease.
