- 115 g (4 oz) de yogourt à la vanille faible en gras
- 400 g (2 tasses) d'ananas, pelé et coupé en dés
- 1 branche (100 g) de céleri, coupé en cubes
- 2 tasses ( 60 g) d'épinards
- 260 g (2 tasses) de cubes de glace
- Édulcorant, au goût
- Mettre tous les ingrédients dans le récipient Vitamix dans l'ordre indiqué, puis verrouiller le couvercle.
- Sélectionner la Variable 1.
- Démarrer l'appareil, puis augmenter graduellement la vitesse jusqu'au maximum.
- Mélanger pendant 1 minute ou jusqu'à obtention de la consistance désirée.
- Servir immédiatement.

Rated 5 out of 5 by KtyP from Refreshing I made a half recipe and it filled a normal size drinking glass. The celery has a distinct flavor and very nice addition to the flavor. It's low in calories and I will make again for a mid afternoon treat.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Supplementally Challenged from It's a good start I altered the recipe because the pineapple made it too sweet and there wasn't enough protein. Instead, I did: 1/4 Cup Yogurt 1/4 Cup Cottage Cheese 1/2 Cup Pineapple 1/2 Cup Green Grapes It's more balanced now.

Before this, I was not a "celery person" but I now regularly have celery on my shopping list. It's fresh, delicious, and very filling. I typically find that I'm less ravenous even hours after having the smoothie.
