- 115 g (½ tasse) de yogourt à la vanille faible en gras
- 2 tasses (310 g) d'ananas avec le cœur, pelé
- 1 branche (40 g) de céleri
- 2 tasses ( 60 g) d'épinards
- 260 g (2 tasses) de cubes de glace
- Mettre tous les ingrédients dans le contenant Vitamix dans l'ordre indiqué, puis verrouiller le couvercle.
- Sélectionner la Variable 1.
- Démarrer le mélangeur à sa vitesse la plus basse, puis augmenter la vitesse jusqu'au maximum.
- Mélanger pendant 1 minute ou jusqu'à obtention de la consistance désirée, en utilisant le pilon pour pousser les ingrédients vers les lames. Servez immédiatement.
Cette recette peut facilement être doublée dans le récipient de 64 onces.

Before this, I was not a "celery person" but I now regularly have celery on my shopping list. It's fresh, delicious, and very filling. I typically find that I'm less ravenous even hours after having the smoothie.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Supplementally Challenged from It's a good start I altered the recipe because the pineapple made it too sweet and there wasn't enough protein. Instead, I did: 1/4 Cup Yogurt 1/4 Cup Cottage Cheese 1/2 Cup Pineapple 1/2 Cup Green Grapes It's more balanced now.

I reduced recipe to 1 cup and added 2 packages of SweetLeaf Natural Stevia. The result was I enjoyed it. Next time I am going to try this with a splash of Cayenne pepper and/or cinnamon.
