Rated 5 out of 5 by Jetengines from First correct smoothie in the A3500...thank you I received the A3500 as a gift for Christmas and made the recommended smoothie per the owner’s manual. It didn’t go well and I think that was because it wanted fresh fruit as opposed to frozen (which required more liquid to be added). I made this smoothie second and had all the fresh fruit needed. I used the smoothie button and this worked like a charm. It blended up smoothly as advertised. The flavor profile was awesome. I love that there is 2 cups of spinach, but your really can’t tell other than the color. And the color is such a pretty green. Clean up was a breeze. I will definitely be on this site for more Vitamix recipes. Thank you,

But ever since I got my Vitamix, that's what I have for breakfast every day. It is so incredibly yummy and sweet and refreshing! I leave out the banana (allergic) and it's still amazing. The colour is bright green so not normally what I'd find appealing. But the grape-pineapple flavour is all I can taste. Hands down the best smoothie I've ever had (and that includes the ones I've had from Jamba Juice and Booster Juice). I add more ice to mine to make it really thick and icy. I made one for my dad and he loved it until I told him it was full of spinach. lol. This alone was worth the cost.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Didi from BEST Green Drink on the PLANET!!! I've had sooo many juices, but this one is by far the best tasting one I've ever made. It's got a mix of everything and I feel soooo much better shortly after I drink it, too. I make an entire pitcher and drink 4 big glasses of it because it's that good! Thank you for whoever came up with this recipe. It's something I'd pay a lot of money for at a retail juice place but don't have to now that I have my Vitamix, too :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by EmmyCat from Deliciously energizing I just tried this recipe, and I love it! I didn't have the grapes, so I added 1 whole ripe banana and 1 Cup of pineapple chunks. I also added one slice of lime per another reviewer's recommendation, and it's absolutely delicious. I LOVE my Vitamix and I am SO happy I finally bought one. Zero regrets! I anticipate many years of excellent use and wonderful, nourishing foods!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Jennifer Ellen from Very refreshing! This smoothie is delicious and very refreshing. It's hard to believe that there are two cups of spinach in it because it's just so delicious and juicy. My vitamix did an amazing job of blending everything together. I could not taste the skin on the grapes or the spinach leaves at all. I have had this for 3 mornings in a row now. I love it so much!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Chrisrc from Good, but much better if you... Here's my version, and I'm certain you'll like it better. - 1 cup rinse baby spinach leaf - 1/2 ripe banana, peeled - 1 slice fresh pineapple, 1/2" thick, trim outer edge away - 1 medium orange, knife peeled, but keep the outer pulp - 1 slice fresh lime, 1/8" thick do not peel - 1 scoop veg based protein powder - 3/4 cup frozen green grapes with seeds - 1/2 cup water Throw it all in the blender, (add protein powder after blending for 15 seconds.) Blend to smooth. You'll love the difference, especially the tang of the lime, which kills the green grass taste of the spinach. No pinching your nose and squinting when you drink this blend! You'll get 3+ hours of energy, great for your mornings.
