Smoothie aux baies et au beurre d'arachides
Rien ne se marie mieux à une banane que du beurre d'arachides crémeux. Ajoutez simplement des framboises fraîches, du lait et des glaçons pour un smoothie savoureux.
- 240 ml (1 tasse) de lait
- 2 banane, pelée et coupée en deux
- 55 g (3 cuillères à soupe) de beurre d'arachides
- 275 g (2 tasses) de framboises
- 130 g (1 tasse) de cubes de glace
- Mettre tous les ingrédients dans le récipient Vitamix dans l'ordre indiqué, puis verrouiller le couvercle.
- Sélectionner la Variable 1.
- Démarrer l'appareil et augmenter graduellement la vitesse jusqu'à la Variable 10, puis passer à la vitesse élevée.
- Mélanger 25 secondes ou jusqu'à obtention de la consistance désirée.

I liked that it had the peanut butter in there too, which to me made it an ideal choice for breakfast, and I ended up using Soy milk and adding some extra honey for sweetness. The result was the prettiest pink smoothie and it tasted yummy!!! I did feel like that I might want to tweak it a little, however as is it's quiet good and filling.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Mrs Regan from Easy & yummy I substituted strawberries for raspberries as it was what I had in the fridge. The smoothie is yummy - fruity and smooth with subtle PB taste. Following exactly as-is, it’s a drinkable smoothie. If you used all frozen fruit, it would be thicker in consistency.

I did add protein powder, cauliflower, and spinach to it to boost the veggie content but it was just as good as before when I made it without the veggies. I used almond butter that I made in my Vitamix the day before. So yummy!!
