Cocktail d'épinards
Grâce à cette boisson aux agrumes d'un vert éclatant, il est facile de manger des légumes. Elle contient entre autres des épinards, des feuilles de menthe et des morceaux d'ananas congelés.
Ingrédients
- 240 ml (1 tasse) d'eau
- 2 feuilles de menthe
- 2 tasses ( 60 g) d'épinards
- 1 tasse (160 g) d'ananas congelés
Instructions
- Mettre tous les ingrédients dans le récipient Vitamix dans l'ordre indiqué, puis verrouiller le couvercle.
- Sélectionner la Variable 1.
- Démarrer l'appareil, puis augmenter graduellement la vitesse jusqu'au maximum.
- Mélanger pendant 1 minute ou jusqu'à obtention de la consistance désirée.

Spinach Smoothie Popeye would love!
I make my mean, green spinach smoothie with the frozen pineapple pieces, a handful of grapes and 1/2 a cucumber. Really refreshing, delicious and so good for you! Very low cal and one can always add vanilla whey powder if protein is needed.
