Cashew-Zwiebel-Dip

Eine laktosefreie Variante des Party-Klassikers. Schmeckt wie das Original.

Zutaten

  • 120 ml (½ Tasse) Wasser
  • 1 Zitrone, zested and juiced
  • 250 g (2 Tassen) Cashew-Nüsse, soaked 3 hours, rinsed, drained
  • 2 Esslöffel Worcestershire Soße
  • 2 Teelöffel getrocknete Zwiebeln
  • ½ Teelöffel Salz
  • ½ Teelöffel gemahlener, schwarzer Pfeffer

Zubereitung

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Select Variable 1.
  3. Turn machine on slowly increase speed to the highest speed.
  4. Blend for 30 seconds. Serve immediately or refrigerate.

Notes

Soaking the cashews produces a creamy texture that mimics sour cream.
